How are monthly active users calculated?
A monthly active user is defined as a user who has triggered at least one action in a given month, whether it's an event or a page view. We don't charge you for dormant users who may be in your database but don't trigger any activity during a given month
Do you have a free trial?
Yes! Our free trial is designed to let you experience the complete value of Userium.io and confirm technical fit with your product. Our 30-day free trial will start after you manage to install our SDK and successfully track your first Userium event.
When does the free trial start?
Our Free Trial doesn't start when you create your Userium account but it starts after you have successfully tracked your first event.
How long can i stay on the free plan?
Enjoy unlimited access as long as your Monthly Active Users remain below 500. Once you exceed that threshold, simply pick a plan and start a free trial to continue.
